August 2011 – December 2011: Communications Manager (Consultant)

At DVA Steven worked as a Communications Manager across numerous ICT projects, dealing directly with the senior executive including the CIO, CFO and the General Manager of Corporate Division:

• managed a team of 2;
• formulation of the ICT Communication Strategy;
• establishment of the ICTSG presence on the DVA Intranet in SharePoint 2007;
• implementation of the branch’s internal and external communication strategy;
• development and implementation of the National Transition Strategy for Web Accessibility.
