January – June 2012: Project Manager (Consultant)

At DOFD Steven worked as a Project Manager/Architect delivering the mobile computing pilot, dealing directly with the senior executive including the CIO and the Deputy Secretaries of the department:

• managed a team of 2 and a budget of $120,000;
• formulation of the Mobile Computing Strategy;
• establishment of Mobile Computing Pilot;
• establishment of the support strategy and procurement plan;
• implementation of a DSD accredited mobile solution for iOS;
• establishment of SharePoint 2010 support centre;
