March 2011 – August 2011: Communications Manager

At DFAT Steven worked as a Communications Manager across numerous ICT projects, dealing directly with the senior executive including the CIO, CFO and the Secretary of the department:

• managed a team of 2;
• formulation of the ICT Reform Programme;
• establishment of the DFAT Intranet in SharePoint;
• development of the ICT Strategic Plan;
• implementation of the division’s internal and external communication strategy
