December 2011 – October 2012: Project Manager / Solution Architect (Consultant)

At FRDC Steven worked as a Project Manager delivering the migration of the Corporation’s website to SharePoint 2010, dealing directly with the senior executive including the CEO, CFO and the Communications Manager:

• managed a team of 6 highly skilled ICT professionals and a budget of $250,000;
• development and agreement on the project initiation document;
• establishment of the project team in an AGILE environment;
• establishment of the SharePoint Server Infrastructure;
• management and oversight of project budget and procurement activities;
• design and delivery of three web applications to SharePoint 2010 on time and budget;
