November 2012 – October 2013: ICT Planning and Policy Manager (EL2)

At SSICT Steven worked as ICT Planning and Policy Manager reporting directly to the CIO/ED and responsible for:

• coordinated capital initiatives for budget funding 2013-14;
• coordination of ACT Government Election commitments for ICT planning using the P3O methodology;
• development of the 4 Year Indicative Capital Plan;
• development of a Business Plan Reporting framework;
• assist in the delivery of the organisational change agenda;
• implementation of Disaster Recovery, Data Centre, Virtualisation, BYOD, Mobility, SharePoint Governance frameworks, standards and strategies;
• management of Policy Board and reporting to Executive Management Committee;
