July – October 2000: Senior Project Manager (Consultant)

At AGD Steven project managed two websites:

• Managed the establishment and ongoing operations of the National Crime Prevention Website and the Minister Vanstone’s Website.
• In conjunction with the Senior Executive, establish the strategic Web direction for the National Crime Prevention website
• Established the Web Content Management Policies and Architecture for the Attorney-General’s Department
• Providing operational direction to a highly efficient and diverse team of 3 staff.
