July 2021 – November 2021: ICT Project Manager

At Services Australia Steven worked as ICT Project Manager reporting directly to the Program Director responsible for:

• the remediation of Health Systems Batch, JCL, DELTA programs including Medicare and the Australian Immunisation Registry;
• The implementation of a reporting and governance framework to the Project Board;
• lead the project as the Senior Project Manage, overseeing 5 Project Managers and their delivery teams;
• oversee a combined budget of $50 million in 2021;
