Engaged to lead the procurement for a Parliamentary Portal Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, including the engagement with Legal, Procurement, Security, and Digital Transformation leads in the ACT Government. Steve is ensuring that the Office of Legislative Assembly (OLA) follows all whole-of-government processes, ensuring relevant documentation is prepared and is compliant with legislative procedural requirements and audit findings. Steve is also leading the OLA’s Parliamentary areas to develop and prioritise business and non-functional requirements.
