October 2013 – January 2018: ICT Branch Manager

At Icon Water Steven worked as Manager ICT reporting directly to the Executive Committee and responsible for:

• the strategic vision, development and rollout of the ICT Strategy and annual ICT Work Plan;
• overseeing the ICT Shared Services arrangement with ActewAGL;
• leading an agile (MSP) and results oriented Branch delivering the ICT Modernisation and Mobility Program;
• trusted advisor to the Executive Committee on ICT and Information Security matters;
• coordinating the Business’ response to Regulatory Submissions on IT and OT investments;
• project managing Infrastructure related projects including IaaS migration to Amazon Web Services, Mobile Device Management rollout, application and development virtualisation, archiving, backups, security, and Building ICT Infrastructure replacement;
• establishment of Azure Cloud environments for Azure Active Directory (AAD), O365 and M365;
• overseen the design of a SaaS Mobile Mapping Application, the Corporate Intranet, Windows 10 rollout, Office 365, TM1, SharePoint Online, Asset Management and Data Reporting system, SCADA upgrade and the Records Management System (TRIM to RecordPoint migration).
