August 2019 – June 2020: System Integrator Project Manager

At Micro Focus Steven worked as ICT Project Manager reporting directly to the Assistant Secretary SMB responsible for:

• the upgrade of Service Manager from 9.4 to 9.6;
• the establishment of brand-new Infrastructure by Leidos in both the Low (DPE) and High (DSE) sides of the Network;
• the replacement of the LaJO solution with Service Portal;
• the migration of customer facing data and the uplift of content by Kinetic;
• lead the project as the Service Integrator Project Manager;
• oversee three projects with a combined budget of $9 million in 2019/20;
