February 2018 – July 2018: ICT Program Manager

At APSC Steven worked as ICT Program Manager reporting directly to the CIO responsible for:

• the migration of the complete online presence of the Commission from Squiz Matrix to GovCMS SaaS platform;
• the redevelopment of the Commonwealth’s most recognised web application APSobs.gov.au to GovCMS PaaS environment;
• overseeing the agile delivery of both projects by different vendors including developers, security consultants, infrastructure providers, external testers and internal Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts;
• managing the communication and change of 128 Australian Government agencies to the new platform;
• managing the integration of eRecruitment systems including Acendre, Aurion, SAP, Oracle, MyRecruitment+ with the APSjobs web application;
• Oversaw the procurement and tender process via the Digital Marketplace.
