At GA Steven successfully project managed the redevelopment of the Agency’s website:

• Encouraged the adoption of a Customer focus approach to ICT Delivery within the Agency.
• In conjunction with the Senior Executive, establish the strategic direction for the agency’s website.
• Managed jointly the establishment of the ICT capability of a new FMA Act agency [DRET].
• Established the Governance model on Web Content Management and ICT Architecture Changes across a diverse and highly decentralised agency.
• Delivered a new agency Website and associated Infrastructure on time and on budget.
• Produced written and verbal communication for the Senior Executives, often on complex ICT matters using language appropriate for the target audience.
• Providing leadership within the Agency on Project Management incorporating the principles of PRINCE2 and the Australian Risk Management Standard AS/NZS 4300.
• Managed the Service Delivery and Reliability by the Department’s ICT Service Providers.
• Managed the implementation of Australian Government ICT Policies in a small FMA Act government agency.
• Providing strategic direction to a highly efficient and diverse team of 12 staff.
