At Tower Steven project managed the introduction of Web Content Management within TRIM:

• Implemented a Customer focus approach to Web Content Module Solutions within the Organization.
• Managed jointly the establishment and ongoing operations of the ICT Branch and associated departmental requirements including policies and procedures for a new FMA Act agency
• In conjunction with the Senior Executive, establish the strategic direction for the organization’s product delivery within EDRMS.
• Managed the integration and development of the Web Content Module into the TRIM Context Product.
• Delivered a new organizational Website on time and on budget for Tower Software.
• Produced written and verbal communication for the Senior Executives.
• Providing leadership within the Organisation on Project Management incorporating the principles of PRINCE2.
• Managed the implementation of Australian Government Web Standards into TRIM WCM.
• Providing strategic direction to a highly efficient and diverse team of 6 staff.
