March – December 2005: Solution Architect (EL1)

At the ATO Steven worked as a Solution Architect on Phases 2 and 3 of the Change Program:

• Managed jointly the establishment of Web Services between the ATO and its key industry stakeholders.
• In conjunction with the Senior Executive, establish the strategic ICT direction for the agency.
• Managed jointly the establishment and implementation of two phases of the Change Program.
• Delivered a collaborative design approach to the development of business solutions for Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Managed the release of the Work Flow, Secure Messaging, Portal and Web Services components of the Change Program.
• Produced written and verbal communication for the Senior Executives, often on complex ICT matters, using language appropriate for the target audience.
• Providing leadership within the Agency on Portal Accessibility.
