Steve Dodt completed his Bachelor of Public Administration with double major in Management and ICT, from Charles Darwin University (NTU) in June 1997. Steve who moved to Canberra in 1995, continued his studies at the prestigious Australian National University (ANU) and the University of Canberra (UC) through a cross institutional arrangement.

Whilst studying at the ANU, Steve published an Internet Future Paper, 1996 which was accepted by the Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee.
